Tournament Day Information

 

 

Registration:  7:00am – 7:50am                        Players Meeting:   8:00am                        Shotgun Start: 8:30am

 

Parents and spectators are permitted to purchase spectator carts at each facility. Please review the Parent/Spectator Guidelines, as well as the West Virginia Junior Code of Conduct prior to the event.

 

The players that are the first to arrive at each event will receive a tee gift. Different gifts will be given at each event.

 

Age Divisions:            12&Under       13-14               15-16               17-18

 

Points will be awarded to the top 10 finishers in each division. Trophies will be presented at the conclusion of every event to the Top 3 finishers in each division. In the case of a tie for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, there will be a sudden death play-off to determine a winner who takes the trophy. Play-offs decide who will win the trophies only, regardless of the outcome the points will be evenly split. At the end of the season, the Top 12 in the 12&Under Division, as well as the Top 24 in the 13-14, 15-16, and 17-18 will receive an invitation to the Tour Championship held in White Sulphur Springs at The Greenbrier Resort.

5th Place        7 Points                                                      10th Place   2 Points

 

* Points are equally divided in the case of a tie

 

In the event of a late withdraw; please contact the tour office immediately.  If a player is registered for an event and does not show, he/she is disqualified. After the second no show, he/she is suspended from the tour for the remainder of the season. At the completion of each round each player is responsible for signing and attesting his/her scorecard. Please be sure to thank the host facility at the end of the day for donating the course to help promote Junior Golf.
